Life

  I don't mind being blinded by the sun's light. I don't mind even if all I can see is the sunlight. I am so thankful to the universe for this divine view. One might wonder what's so special about the sunlight which shines every day and sets in the evening, and then the moon takes over.  The sun's rays create beautiful art on the trees, the lake, the river and the sky. The Sky turns Orange, blue, Grey, Purple and Orange again and then finally black when the sun sets and the moon starts its regular night shift. The rays of the sun are food for the plants and our energy boost for the day, for without the sun, the world is doomed. How fortunate we are that the sun comes out every day to take care of our daily needs. Aren't we blessed?   Let's spread our hands and thank God for this beautiful blessing! In memory of.. For tho’ my lips may breathe adieu, I cannot think the thing farewell. Not a moment in my life goes by without thinking about you. You were my hero, the rock that kept us strong. You were always there for me when I needed you. You never lost the child in you. You were almost as excited as we were. Your lovely brown eyes spoke volumes. You did so much for us, but never complained. Your humbleness is what always made me feel grounded in the chaotic world. Even now, after 10 years, I still hear your voice, which is the one thing that gets me going. My life is never the same without you. The days we had and all the beautiful memories will forever be cherished. For though you are gone, you have never really left us.
